  • Spearhead the development, execution, and ongoing management of all multimedia related content.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of the Academy’s website, in addition to designing and monitoring eLearning modules and online training based applications hosted on AWS on premises.
  • Handle the operation of the exiting intranet such as managing file/directory permissions and placements, while migrating some of its elements SharePoint and AWS. The intranet consists of separate drive shares for staff and students mainly containing subject and course related data.
  • Provide regular support and guidance to both staff and students regarding any IT related matters or issues including troubleshooting, updates, online training, and hardware roll-outs.
  • Outline, write, record, and edit the Academy’s Weekly Broadcast, facilitating streaming using tools such as OBS, Vimeo, and SharePoint, while managing all AV equipment needs.
  • Direct sound and lighting functions for all of the Academy’s productions and events. There are usually 5 events per year each requiring different AV setups.
